This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. Requests transmit your IP address, time, requested address, response status, browser information and, where provided, the referring page. This is necessary to deliver the website and protect it against misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: my legitimate interest in a reliable, secure website. STRATO processes hosting data in Germany. According to STRATO, IP addresses used to detect and prevent attacks are retained for no more than seven days. Anonymised access logs are available for up to six weeks.
Contact by email
The email link opens your email app. Sending a message is voluntary. I process your email address, message and any details you provide to answer your enquiry. The mailbox is provided by STRATO. For enquiries about a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other enquiries it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, my legitimate interest in responding. I delete correspondence when it is no longer needed for the enquiry, unless a statutory retention duty or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims requires further retention. Without a reply address and sufficient information, I may be unable to respond. This website has no contact form or newsletter registration.
Language and browser storage
The language selection is part of the page address. This website does not set its own cookies or use localStorage, analytics, advertising or tracking pixels. Fonts, preview images and video are delivered from this website. The video loads when you choose to play it; there is no embedded third-party player.
External links
Links to splatter.app and LinkedIn are ordinary links. No content is embedded from those services and this website makes no requests to them before you follow a link. If you visit an external service, its operator processes your data under its own privacy information. Email communication also involves the providers used by the sender and recipient.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. Where processing relies on a legitimate interest, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. If you give consent, you may withdraw it for the future. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany. This website does not use automated decision-making or profiling.
